Delivery Information

All paid download PDF products are available once payment is processed through the account that you setup. Payment and download link are generally immediate. Two (2) downloads maximum are allowed for each purchase. Distribution of the downloads is strictly prohibited. Copies for personal use are allowed without restriction. All downloads are required to create an account on checkout and not use a guest checkout.
